Credo che il dottor Solymanijam abbia a cuore i migliori interessi dei suoi pazienti. Tuttavia, nella mia esperienza, il suo personale, Jackie, non è affatto una persona orientata al servizio clienti o empatica. Ho la sensazione che sia stanca di trattare con le persone. In una recente conversazione telefonica in cui mi ha chiamato per fissare un appuntamento di follow-up, la data che ha proposto era ben oltre la fine del mio trattamento di prescrizione di farmaci di 6 settimane. Quando ho provato a spiegarle che pensavo che il dottor avesse detto in precedenza, "ci vediamo alla fine del tuo trattamento di prescrizione", cioè, 6 settimane, è subito entrata in una modalità difensiva e robotica in cui continuava a ripetere (almeno 8-10 volte) "il dottore ha detto 8 settimane" come se non l'avessi sentita le prime 8 volte. Peggio ancora, stava effettivamente usando la ripetizione come strategia per interrompermi e interrompermi per impedirmi intenzionalmente di spiegare la mia preoccupazione e non permettermi di parlare con una parola. Semplicemente non voleva sentirlo. Due settimane potrebbero non sembrare una grande differenza, ma sto assumendo farmaci per i quali non dovresti interrompere bruscamente ma piuttosto diminuire lentamente per ridurre al minimo la possibilità di danni agli organi. Alla fine, le ho detto che volevo parlare direttamente con il dottor poiché non mi permetteva di trasmettere la mia preoccupazione in modo che potesse spiegare al dottore. Alla fine, ha accettato che mi contattasse direttamente e ha riattaccato bruscamente. Che incubo. Come se l'incertezza della mia condizione non fosse abbastanza, ho lo stress di avere a che fare con qualcuno che sembra stanco della natura interpersonale del suo lavoro, cioè fornire assistenza ai pazienti di supporto e un servizio clienti di alta qualità. Sulla base di questa esperienza, non è adatta a questo aspetto del suo lavoro e sta danneggiando la reputazione dell'ufficio.
