Questo era un luogo di cui i lavoratori erano orgogliosi. Si dice che consol fosse orientato alla famiglia. Ma da alcuni anni è quando hanno iniziato lentamente a prendere le cose dai lavoratori. Ce ne sono alcuni solo per citarne. L'azienda ogni anno pagherebbe che tutta la tua famiglia vada al parco di Kenny Wood. Il che è stato così bello che questa era l'unica volta che alcune famiglie potevano fare qualcosa per l'estate .. usano per ottenere bei bonus. Adesso è quasi. Impossibile ottenere un bonus. Puoi avere una presenza perfetta per 15 anni, ma disegnano nomi e una persona che è stata lì un anno vincerà una TV. Non aspettarti nessuna pausa, non ti permettono di fare piani per il fine settimana..questo può sembrare meschino ma è molto reale. C'è di più ma ho detto solo quelli miti.
