Mangaluru, 21 giugno: First Flight Chartered by KSCC porta i kannadigas bloccati da Sharjah a Mangalore.

Il Karnataka Sports and Cultural Club (KSCC) (Entità registrata presso la Community Development Authority, UAE e Govt of Dubai, UAE) è il primo club sportivo e culturale ad organizzare un volo charter per rimpatriare i kannadigas bloccati negli Emirati Arabi Uniti atterrati all'aeroporto internazionale di Mangalore alle 11.00 domenica 21 giugno,

Il volo Air Arabia con 173 passeggeri è decollato dall'aeroporto internazionale di Sharjah intorno alle 6:00 (ora degli Emirati Arabi Uniti), Il volo aveva 29 donne incinte, 16 bambini, 5 neonati, anziani, persone con emergenze mediche, che hanno perso il lavoro , titolari di visti per visita bloccati e coloro che avevano segnalato morti nelle loro famiglie.

Il direttore del KSCC, il signor Shafi, ha affermato che tutte le procedure legali sono state svolte senza intoppi, il volo charter è stato organizzato solo per i kannadigas bloccati.

KSCC aveva istituito un help desk per finalizzare l'elenco dei passeggeri, data la tariffa del biglietto scontato per i passeggeri bisognosi che non possono permettersi il costo completo del rimpatrio, kit DPI gratuiti sono stati distribuiti a tutti i passeggeri insieme agli snack.

Nel frattempo sono stati condotti test rapidi per Covid-19 prima della partenza e la quarantena obbligatoria per tutti i passeggeri è stata organizzata di conseguenza in 3 hotel (Mangalore) per un periodo di sette giorni.

I funzionari del KSCC Shafi, Althaf, Javed, Naseer e Volunteer erano presenti all'aeroporto durante l'orario di partenza per l'ospitalità e il supporto dei passeggeri.

Buon servizio clienti quando è fisicamente presente in ufficio. Tuttavia l'esperienza del call center è stata davvero negativa poiché la gestione dei documenti non era corretta e troppe informazioni errate
