Hanno negato il reclamo perché l'hanno definito una perdita a lungo termine per un intasamento avvenuto in un giorno e hanno utilizzato l'età dell'edificio come motivo per non coprire il reclamo. Ciò significa che con quella logica è che non coprono nulla. Reclami in preparazione ai servizi di protezione dei consumatori e fino al procuratore generale perché hanno agito in buona fede, il che li rende fraudolenti.

Evita come la peste! La Community Association Underwriters of America assicura le proprietà dell'associazione di condominio. Dopo un incendio nella nostra proprietà della comunità, CAU ha trattenuto fondi indiscussi per non aver firmato e restituito la dichiarazione di prova di perdita, che è illegale nello stato della Georgia. Questa stessa POL è stata travisata con numero di polizza e indirizzo errati insieme a un limite per i reclami supplementari pari all'ammortamento recuperabile su una polizza del costo di sostituzione garantito. Non aver fornito un rapporto di igienista industriale e per aver negato che tale rapporto esista o necessario dopo che un incendio ha bruciato tapparelle di plastica, moquette, mobili e prodotti chimici domestici. Reclami supplementari negati di Inquinanti, muffe o funghi a causa del ritardo nella firma della dichiarazione di smarrimento errata entro 30 giorni. CAU ha creato una stima senza rivedere tutte le unità interessate dall'incendio e senza prima condurre un rapporto IH per determinare l'ambito del progetto. Non mettere a rischio la tua comunità con l'assicurazione CAU.

Se ci fossero 0 stelle lo lascerei. Questa azienda ha un servizio clienti pari a zero, infatti, nel lasciare 6 messaggi vocali nel corso di 3 settimane non abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata. Spero che questa azienda fallisca e fallisca perché è quello che si merita. Azienda terribile, terribile, terribile senza alcun rispetto verso il cliente. Dopo 3 settimane non siamo ancora riusciti a ricevere una copia della polizza principale!
