Sono deluso dal fatto che ci sia voluto più di un mese per chiudere la pratica di mio figlio. Per me questo è assolutamente inaccettabile perché non è stato in grado di ottenere supporto da un'altra agenzia fino a quando il suo fascicolo non è stato chiuso. Ho anche parlato con il suo lavoratore assegnato 2 settimane fa e lei mi ha assicurato che avrebbe esaminato quel giorno. L'ho supplicata ma non sembrava affatto commossa e non si è nemmeno scusata per non aver fatto ciò che mio figlio aveva chiesto. Non è successo niente fino ad oggi. 2 settimane fa ho chiesto e anche mio figlio l'aveva chiesto e il lavoratore lo ha riconosciuto con me, ma aveva chiesto circa un mese prima. Quindi 6 settimane per chiudere un file. Un giovane emarginato, con grandi lotte, ansia, depressione che voleva solo aiuto. Vuole lavorare! Ed è stato fatto aspettare 6 settimane. Come lo sta aiutando? Ti rendi conto che provoca più stress per la persona che sta già lottando?
