Ero una delle 108 persone che hanno assunto. Il mio reparto era l'assemblaggio finale. Sono arrivato davanti al gruppo e mi hanno comunque lasciato andare. Ho lavorato per GovernAir anni prima. Neanche le loro unità erano così eccezionali, ma erano molto imparziali quando si trattava dei loro lavoratori. Sì ... Tutti quegli ordini che hanno ricevuto quando ci hanno assunto, si sono fermati bruscamente, non molto tempo dopo.

Ottimo posto per lavorare, Lance è un ottimo protagonista e mi ha sempre aiutato. Jennifer è il miglior personale delle risorse umane che l'azienda abbia mai avuto. Persone fantastiche al CLC e fanno un prodotto eccellente.

Detto questo, è sempre un lavoro urgente dell'ultimo minuto per consegnare le unità in tempo. questo è dovuto alla pessima programmazione e al fatto che la direzione scappa tutti! l'anno scorso hanno assunto 107 persone e perso 108 persone. Lunghe ore e paga bassa è ciò che devi aspettarti se lavori qui. inoltre Jennifer delle risorse umane non indagherà o difenderà un dipendente che è tutto per l'azienda. Il trattamento dei dipendenti da parte dell'azienda e del management è pessimo. c'è un piombo chiamato lancia. che ha perso più dipendenti del cancro. La direzione è consapevole e consente che ciò continui. consente persino di attribuire la colpa ai dipendenti in tali casi. Il giorno dopo sono andato al VA e mi è stato detto che avevo un grave disagio emotivo. Se avessi i soldi mi farei causa! Inoltre mi hanno fregato del mio ultimo controllo!
