Questa azienda è mal gestita. Negli ultimi 6 anni. Abbiamo ripetutamente finito il propano in pieno inverno, quando le temperature erano nell'adolescenza o inferiori. Solo dopo averli contattati con minaccia di querela per eventuali danni che avrebbero potuto subire hanno risposto. E di recente abbiamo commesso un errore e non abbiamo pagato l'importo corretto su un conto a gennaio. La società ha inviato fatture successive notificandoci che siamo stati pagati per intero. Fino a 3 mesi dopo la nostra notifica dell'ultimo giorno di servizio a causa della vendita della nostra casa e 2 mesi dopo che la nostra ultima fattura è stata ricevuta al nostro nuovo indirizzo. Il quale, inoltre, è stato pagato per intero in base all'unica fattura contenuta nella busta. Poi, abbiamo ricevuto notifica di morosità dalla cambiale di gennaio non dall'azienda, ma da un'agenzia di riscossione!!!! Avremmo pagato volentieri le 90,00 diverse se ci avessero semplicemente informato. Non c'era bisogno di mandarci al ritiro. Ed essere inviati alle collezioni perché non sono riusciti a mantenere i registri corretti è inaccettabile.
