My experience with the City of Madison Water Department was not what I expected. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me with my issues. I had to wait for hours on the phone before getting any assistance. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

ORRIBILE servizio clienti e reparto fatturazione. Non possono fare il loro lavoro. Quando è stato chiesto di TRASFERIRE l'account di un altro membro della famiglia per un piano di rateizzazione che hanno detto che avrebbero fatto ... Non l'hanno fatto. Invece, hanno lasciato cadere la palla e come hanno risolto il LORO errore? L'hanno spinto sulle tasse come somma forfettaria. Quando abbiamo chiamato e chiesto loro di correggere l'errore, hanno detto NOPE e tocca a noi stessi e hanno detto "buona fortuna". Grazie!
