a) La visita del personale della rete idrica della città all'inizio del 2021 mi ha aiutato a identificare specifici problemi idraulici esterni che causavano problemi esterni e interni. Valvola Jones e regolatori esterni che funzionano in modo affidabile e nuove tubazioni per garantire l'assenza di perdite/perdite d'acqua nascoste. Un'azienda idraulica locale ha messo diligentemente in atto soluzioni. Che differenza.
b) Carlsbad è una qualità unica perché esistono regole e misure locali rigorose per prevenire i problemi. Se solo ci fosse un regolamento statale che impone ai venditori (e ai proprietari) di rivelare le date e le ricevute delle ispezioni delle bocchette di riscaldamento; assicurarsi che non vi siano sistemi di riscaldamento o AC abbandonati sulla proprietà e che i refrigeranti legali siano effettivamente nel sistema AC.
c) Il nostro dipartimento di polizia locale sta svolgendo un lavoro eccezionale nell'aiutare diligentemente la nostra proprietà cittadina a identificare e a far rimorchiare veicoli abbandonati e/o non registrati, ecc. Questo è così grande da aiutarci a proteggere noi e il nostro quartiere. Auto rubate, parti, targhe e quant'altro conta, anche se sembra insignificante.
d) Sistema solare - venditori illegittimi: verificare le licenze elettriche con l'agenzia e anche confermare con la città che è stato rilasciato un permesso solare - un must. NRG, Baker e pochi altri sono professionisti solidi.
e) Sono grato che Carlsbad sia la mia casa permanente. La tranquillità è importante.
