Sono passato attraverso il CIS perché sono associati a Progressive Insurances, Homesite Insurance (braccio o partner di Progressive, non sono sicuro della loro affiliazione) e ho pensato che questa connessione avrebbe reso il processo senza soluzione di continuità.

Il CIS ha inviato un ispettore alla casa sbagliata e ha scritto nell'apertura dell'e-mail "Sembra che prima abbiamo controllato l'indirizzo sbagliato" senza scuse. Mandare un ispettore alla casa sbagliata, insieme agli altri loro errori, ha reso il lavoro con loro e con Homesite Insurance ridicolo e incredibilmente frustrante. Ci è voluto circa un mese tra l'apertura del nostro reclamo con Homesite Insurance per ottenere la sostituzione del nostro sistema - Homesite ha detto che ci sarebbero voluti solo un paio di giorni.

Per essere onesti con CIS, è stato altrettanto frustrante lavorare con Homesite Insurance perché hanno commesso anche degli errori ridicoli.

Pensavo che la mia richiesta di risarcimento all'assicurazione AC impiegherebbe una settimana, perché sai bene ... la sua assicurazione. Questi ragazzi avevano qualcuno a casa mia il giorno dopo che mi hanno chiamato per la prima volta. Il mio condizionatore è stato riparato e risolto entro 5 giorni dalla presentazione del reclamo =) Grazie CIS

Sono un appaltatore che è stato assunto da questa azienda per fare un'ispezione, siamo dovuti andare alla proprietà numerose volte a causa della cattiva comunicazione tra il proprietario della proprietà e il CIS. Questa azienda aveva accettato di pagarci una volta che avessimo consegnato le foto e un sacco di documenti, ma non l'hanno fatto. Ho chiamato la compagnia per i pagamenti e mi hanno detto che non ci avrebbero pagato perché ci mancano le informazioni. Non abbiamo mai saputo quella causa dopo aver consegnato ciò che avevano chiesto, non ho mai ricevuto risposta da loro. Totalmente fregato. Appaltatori HVAC attenzione a questa azienda fantasma !!!

Azienda di prim'ordine !!! Hanno gestito la mia richiesta HVAC come quella di PRO. I loro rappresentanti sono stati cortesi, hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande e sono stati anche in grado di gestire la sostituzione del sistema danneggiato. Il mio sistema non ha mai funzionato meglio. Grazie!
