Ho ordinato due unità da CCI per l'uso di martedì e mi è stato detto che sarebbero state ritirate mercoledì. Loro non erano. Ho chiamato mercoledì e mi hanno detto che sarebbero stati prelevati giovedì. Loro non erano. Ho ripetuto questo processo per tutta la settimana e oggi è domenica. Ci sono ancora vasini portatili nell'area esterna della mia attività. Abbiamo avuto un evento oggi e gli ospiti si sono lamentati della puzza. Non posso descrivere in modo appropriato la mancanza di cura e professionalità che ho sperimentato nel contattare Daniel Clemons, il loro National Account Manager o la frustrazione che provo nei confronti di un'azienda che non riesce completamente a fare ciò che dice di fare. Non riuscendo a fare il loro lavoro, hanno reso il mio lavoro più difficile e hanno rovinato un evento che avevo passato 2 mesi a pianificare. A tutti coloro che pensano di patrocinare questa attività, NON LAVORARE CON COAST TO COAST. È una delle peggiori esperienze che ho avuto come professionista nel settore alimentare e delle bevande.

Di recente sono andato alla SLO Marathon e la CCI ha avuto i loro bagni portatili all'evento. Tutto è stato tenuto molto pulito durante il giorno e nel complesso sono rimasto davvero colpito. Grazie per aver fornito strutture pulite per i corridori!
