Ho avuto la peggiore esperienza con due delle loro ripetizioni.
Questo è stato un processo in corso di 2 settimane per provare a eseguire il passaggio. Mi sono state consegnate due citazioni separate che sembravano fantastiche, ci hanno fatto compilare dei documenti solo per scoprire che abbiamo un acconto dovuto poiché la nostra azienda è giovane e non ha credito.
Va tutto bene, tuttavia avevo domande di follow-up e ho ricevuto una risposta scortese per un follow-up e devo pregarli di richiamarmi. Poi sono andato al negozio AT&T e mi hanno detto che le comunicazioni personalizzate tendono a fare promesse che non possono mantenere, diranno anche che ti danno crediti dopo un ciclo di fatture di 90 giorni e che non verranno consegnati. La richiesta di Amy era semplice e un rappresentante mi ha detto che avrebbe chiesto all'altro rappresentante di completarla ed entrambi sono stati MIA nelle comunicazioni con me. All'inizio ho pensato che fosse un servizio clienti scadente di AT&T, ma in realtà è solo Custom Communications

Questa compagnia è uno scherzo. NON FARE AFFARI QUI. HO PERDUTO ORE CON QUESTI RAGAZZI. TUTTO CHE FANNO È PARLARE MA MAI CONSEGNARE.
E INTENDO NON CONSEGNARE MAI. HO ACQUISTATO UN SERVIZIO DA LORO E IL PRODOTTO NON È MAI STATO CONSEGNATO. LA MIA BOLLETTA QUADRUPLATA.
