Servizio davvero scadente. Affittiamo un piccolo ufficio a Utrecht con la loro agenzia partner Ans de wijn. Abbiamo pagato l'affitto dal 1 aprile. Ma fino al 21 aprile possiamo finalmente ottenere le nostre chiavi. Ho contattato entrambe le parti più volte e Ans de wijn mi ha persino risposto: "Non posso aiutarti con le chiavi". Alla fine mi hanno detto che la chiave è nella cucina dell'edificio degli uffici. Ma ci sono così tante chiavi per tutti gli uffici in tutto il piano e mi dicono un numero sbagliato !!! Quindi, devo provare quei tasti uno per uno finché non riesco a trovare quello corretto !!! Inoltre, nel contratto abbiamo detto, abbiamo accesso 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 all'edificio per uffici. Ma fino ad oggi 28 aprile non abbiamo ancora ricevuto le chiavi della porta d'ingresso del palazzo, dato che la porta d'ingresso è chiusa tutte le domeniche !!! Inoltre, anche la cassetta delle lettere non è pronta per l'uso e non abbiamo chiavi !!! Ho scritto loro un'e-mail, ma non hanno risposto. Ed è anche difficile chiamarli per telefono! Sembra che nessuno stia cercando di risolvere il problema per noi! Ans de wijn ha detto che avremmo dovuto contattare CBRE, ma CBRE ha detto di aver già informato Ans de wijn ... Che servizio scadente ...
