Non hanno mai risposto al telefono l'unica volta che ho chiamato qualcuno al telefono ha riattaccato senza alcun aiuto e ho chiamato dalla scorsa settimana

Chiamato DFCS per incidente. Basandomi sulla mia esperienza solo da quella telefonata accidentale .. spero di non avere mai a che fare con loro. La persona che ha risposto al telefono è stata molto scortese. È DFCS, immagino che debba sostenere gli standard.

Poca attesa ma non così male per una burocrazia apparentemente efficiente.
