Bery cattiva qualità delle case. Molti problemi con le proprietà Carrington. Servizio clienti orribile. Ho cercato di presentare un reclamo sulla loro nuova costruzione accanto alle nostre unità e bloccano tutti gli inquilini con i loro veicoli e essendo un regolamento condominiale non li toccherà. Li ho chiamati per chiedere loro di non parcheggiare dietro di me e che voi ragazzi continuate a bloccarmi. Il project manager ha detto che parlerà con loro per non parcheggiare più dietro le nostre bancarelle il giorno dopo che saranno di nuovo lì. Richiamato e ha parlato con un altro ragazzo ha detto che è permesso parcheggiare lì e riattaccato questo è stato un problema per un anno o un anno e mezzo. Uno dei loro appaltatori ha minacciato di prendermi a pugni. Mentre bloccava l'intero ingresso e io dovevo uscire per andare al lavoro, ha detto che non poteva volersi muovere perché sarebbe stato scomodo per lui e avrei dovuto aspettare e ho detto di no e tu mi stai intrappolando illegalmente in questo parcheggio perché stai riprendendo l'intera entrata / uscita e se non si è mosso contatterò la polizia. Credimi, non otterrai altro che scarsa qualità e mal di testa da questa azienda.

Lavoro di fronte a questo edificio della sede centrale e mi fa male vedere i dipendenti e la direzione utilizzare le bancarelle di parcheggio per disabili numerose volte mentre il parcheggio rimane per lo più vuoto.
Spero che saranno più consapevoli e incoraggeranno il loro personale e la direzione a essere inclusivi e capire quanto sia un organo abile privilegiato.

Seriamente il peggio, non comprerò mai più nulla da loro. Ho comprato un condominio da Carrington nel 2013 e non era in condizioni perfette al 100% dall'inizio. Hanno creato un grosso problema per riparare il mio pavimento che era graffiato quando ho ricevuto l'appartamento. Una volta che finalmente sono arrivati ​​a fare la pavimentazione dopo mesi di avanti e indietro, era ancora graffiata nelle STESSE zone che apparentemente erano "sostituite" !!
Mi hanno dato molta attitudine (pessimo servizio clienti) quando chiedevo dell'enorme lavoro che sarebbe stato quello di sostituire il pavimento.

Bob è entrato per riparare alcune carenze la prima volta e ha scoreggiato nel mio appartamento e l'odore è rimasto per circa 45 minuti. Continuava ad andare nelle camere da letto e scoreggiare e potevo sentirne l'odore dal mio soggiorno. Ho dovuto aprire le finestre e non potevo nemmeno andarmene, dovevo solo sedermi lì e stufare.

Il personale di Carrington è stato così meraviglioso e disponibile. Sempre sorridente mi sono sentito come un re che veniva trattato così bene da loro (anche se non sembro la parte). Comunque! Gran bell'edificio e persone ancora più belle. Sono molto grato per il loro aiuto.
