Scarsa comunicazione con l'addetto alle vendite e non supportano la loro garanzia completamente soddisfatta. Entro 3 giorni dall'acquisto del mio camion ho dovuto riportarlo al negozio per 2 giorni, recuperarlo per 5 giorni, quindi dovevo riportarlo indietro per altri 2 giorni, l'ho avuto di nuovo per 7 giorni e poi riportato al negozio e l'hanno avuto per 17 giorni. Non importa quanto l'abbiano avuto rispetto a me, si rifiutano di dare una garanzia per rimediare a questo. Carl Black non avrà mai più i miei affari. Questo è di gran lunga il peggior concessionario in cui sia mai stato.
