Dire che lavorare con Canon è stata un'esperienza sconvolgente sarebbe un eufemismo. Dover fare i salti mortali per ANNI per riavere un'unità da te affinché la tua azienda la "perda" e ce la metta è oltraggioso. FedEx aveva confermato la consegna e la firma, ma non era abbastanza. Avevamo bisogno di qualcosa che FedEx non poteva fornire, interessante vero? Il mio vecchio responsabile dell'ufficio ha dovuto chiamarmi dopo 2 anni per disperazione e ha implorato il mio aiuto. Ho finito per chiamare Ross Intl dove ha inviato l'unità e dopo aver fornito il modello e il numero di serie (dalla fattura) ha trovato l'unità IN UN'ORA! Come è possibile che questo non sia mai stato fatto da Canon per vedere se l'unità era effettivamente persa? Ero così sconvolto. La grave negligenza dell '"account manager" e di Canon in generale è sufficiente per non farmi mai più lavorare con questa azienda. E la parte migliore? Il nostro responsabile dell'account torna e dice di aver capito che il modello # sul nostro contratto di locazione era sbagliato per tutto il tempo. Wow. Che scherzo. Esegui la dovuta diligenza Canon. Chiaramente non è così difficile.

Stampante che costa 750 $, pagherai il noleggio pari a 7500 $ in un contratto che non potrai annullare.

Meglio comprare una stampante e risparmiare soldi da questo business ingannevole ..
