Ho acquistato un vestito per un'occasione speciale in una delle location di Cache. Non avevano la mia taglia così me l'hanno spedita. Ho aspettato il periodo di tempo richiesto e non l'ho ricevuto. Quando sono tornato nella sede, i dipendenti e il manager mi hanno fatto sapere che una volta che l'abito è stato spedito non è più un problema dell'azienda.
