Peggiore esperienza. A luglio ho contattato Buchi per far riparare la mia pompa V-100 usata a intermittenza, ma mai meno rotta, che avevo acquistato da un distributore (Lab Society); poiché l'avvertimento di Buchi afferma che la garanzia è nulla se non viene riparata da loro. Hanno richiesto il mio indirizzo e numero di telefono per indirizzarmi alla persona corretta. Ho risposto con il mio INDIRIZZO ATTUALE e il numero di telefono. Non ho ricevuto risposta dopo aver inviato queste informazioni, quindi ho risposto alla fine di luglio. Mi hanno chiesto il mio numero di serie in 4 diverse occasioni per 6 mesi. Finalmente a fine DICEMBRE 2018 ho potuto spedire per posta la pompa che era rotta da 6 mesi! Ho ricevuto un preventivo di riparazione all'inizio di gennaio 2019 e un altro a metà mese. Il 31 gennaio avevano spedito la mia pompa rotta a un vecchio indirizzo registrato dalla Lab Society; non quello che avevo dato loro via e-mail o l'indirizzo del mittente sul pacco perché non avevo risposto abbastanza velocemente! L'ho scoperto solo perché li ho chiamati. Quando ho detto a Jonathan, del dipartimento di assistenza, che l'indirizzo a cui avevano inviato la pompa non era il mio, mi ha praticamente detto che ero sfortunato. Inutile dire che ho finito una pompa da $ 3,0000 dopo aver passato 6+ mesi a cercare di farla riparare! Ma sono molto veloci nel rispondere a una richiesta di vendita. Terribile esperienza nel complesso.
AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo essere entrati in contatto con un superiore della BUCHI si sono offerti di sostituire la pompa smarrita.
