Non sono etici, acquistano un'altra proprietà in-market che compete direttamente con un'altra. Nessuna solida pianificazione finanziaria o esperienza nella gestione di hotel. Sono stati costretti a cedere metà del portafoglio e si aggrappano a malapena agli altri.
