Ti costringono a presentare un'estensione. Non rispondono alle tue e-mail in modo tempestivo. Ti fanno pagare per imparare nuove abilità (mi hanno fatto pagare in modo che potessero imparare a criptovaluta). Aggiungono in modo casuale "costi di servizio" extra alle fatture senza alcuna spiegazione. Ho cancellato accidentalmente il mio intero profilo account. Quando ho posto una domanda fiscale, ho ricevuto una risposta di "sei intelligente, scoprilo da solo".
Modifica, li ho appena informati che non avrei più utilizzato i loro servizi quest'anno e mi hanno informato che il mio account è stato cancellato da loro alcuni mesi fa. Nota che non mi hanno informato affatto di questo, a parte il fatto che ho pubblicato questa recensione.
