Quando arriverai in ufficio 15 minuti dopo l'orario di apertura, riceverai almeno il numero 70 per il numero prioritario che sarà servito intorno alle 11:00 . Hanno 6 sportelli bancomat ma solo 2 o 3 funzionano. Il tempo medio di attesa per persona per completare una transazione è di circa 6-7 minuti. Se Tagbilaran voleva avere successo negli affari, dovevano essere almeno aggiornati con la tecnologia ed efficienti con essa. Ma sembra che ci vorrà molto perché questo accada. In bocca al lupo!
