Lavoro per BLM da oltre 4 mesi e ho riscontrato così tanti problemi di lavoro. BLM ha una società sotto di loro chiamata Immediatamente gestita da un signor Jeff Polion. Da quando lavorano per questo lavoro ci hanno fatto fare cose che non siamo nemmeno addestrati o attrezzati per fare. Ci hanno costretto a rimuovere muffe e amianto e non forniscono materiali di sicurezza adeguati per svolgere questi lavori e non sono stati addestrati adeguatamente in primo luogo. Ci fanno trasportare attrezzature alimentate a gas nei nostri veicoli da lavoro mentre respiriamo i fumi. La mancanza di comunicazione è stata orrenda. La paga che viene data a noi lavoratori orari e lo stipendio non compensa i rischi e le condizioni di insicurezza che lavoriamo ogni giorno. Quando parliamo con i superiori, rimaniamo sbalorditi e ci viene detto che sono le persone al di sotto di loro che hanno l'ultima parola in qualunque cosa facciamo. Se qualcuno ha un reclamo legale contro questa azienda, ho documenti con immagini e prove necessarie per intentare una causa civile contro questa azienda. Attualmente sono ancora impiegato e non sopporto l'ingiustizia nel duro lavoro che mettiamo in un'azienda che non si cura di noi.
