AGGIORNAMENTO: poco dopo aver contattato l'azienda in merito ai problemi creati da Mark, ho ricevuto due telefonate. Uno da Josh e uno dal proprietario. Questo è stato un ottimo inizio per risolvere il problema. Josh è stato estremamente professionale e accomodante per sistemare la situazione e ha guidato fino a casa mia in Georgia per rimisurarmi e farmi rotolare la palla. Era estremamente professionale, competente e disponibile, tanto che ho deciso di acquistare anche un abito. Una volta avvenuta la consegna, molto probabilmente passerò a una valutazione a 4 stelle grazie alla professionalità di Josh e dell'azienda stessa.

Problema: quasi un anno fa ho acquistato un servizio di camicie personalizzate presso una raccolta fondi senza scopo di lucro. Ho avuto la sfortunata esperienza di dover lavorare con Mark, che è stato molto poco professionale, poco reattivo e, a questo punto, quello che credo sia immorale. Mark ha impiegato quasi 3 mesi per contattarmi in primo luogo, poi è venuto a casa mia per le misure e per selezionare il tessuto, mi ha detto che ci sarebbe voluto circa un mese per riavere la maglietta poiché era personalizzata. Sono passati 6 mesi e ancora nessuna maglietta. In qualità di potenziale nuovo cliente, sono spiazzato dal fatto che non abbia prestato a questo l'attenzione l'attenzione che avrebbe riservato a qualsiasi altro nuovo cliente. Inoltre sono assolutamente sbalordito che si sarebbe impegnato con un'organizzazione no-profit e si sarebbe completamente liberato dei suoi obblighi. Come qualcuno che acquista nuovi abiti e codici di abbigliamento su base frequente, la tua azienda ora ha perso un nuovo cliente che sarebbe stato buono per gli affari.
