Lunedì 22 ottobre 2018 ho presentato un reclamo, ri vassoi ricevuti venerdì 19 ottobre 2018, a Bongani, uno dei dirigenti di Best Choice. Ha promesso di contattarmi entro martedì 23 ottobre 2018. Nonostante le numerose chiamate e un promemoria via e-mail, ancora nessuna risposta da parte di Bongani o di qualcuno di Best Choice entro le 14:21 del 25 ottobre 2018. Terrà aggiornati i lettori se e quando risponderanno .
AGGIORNAMENTO: Ho ricevuto una risposta da Bongani il 26 ottobre dove si è scusato per il disagio causato ed è stato rimborsato per il loro errore sul mio ordine il 29 ottobre. Per questo motivo sto cambiando la mia valutazione da una stella iniziale a tre stelle
