Non possono fornire le cure di cui mia nonna ha bisogno, quindi dobbiamo trasferirla dopo solo un mese da quando è qui. Assicurati di comprendere le cure che forniranno e se è sufficiente per le tue esigenze. Fanno la doccia solo 2 volte a settimana, fanno il bucato solo una volta a settimana e non hanno personale che possa aiutare nei fine settimana / festivi. Non porteranno ulteriore aiuto se necessario per ulteriore assistenza. Mia nonna ha avuto una IVU e l'assistente sociale dell'ospedale non è stato in grado di rilasciarla perché non c'era nessuno in ufficio per tutto il fine settimana e anche il lunedì, quando qualcuno era sul posto qui, hanno detto all'ospedale che nessuno poteva aiutare mia nonna con lei quindi ha dovuto andare in un alloggio per brevi periodi e ora dovremo trovarle un nuovo posto in cui vivere. Esperienza molto frustrante. Speriamo che queste informazioni aiutino qualcuno a non passare attraverso quello che abbiamo fatto. Fai i tuoi compiti!

Mia suocera, Barb, viveva nella parte di cura della memoria di Steeple Pointe a Osseo, ed è stata una tale benedizione! Abbiamo esaminato così tante strutture e questa era una delle più belle e aveva un'atmosfera così casalinga. Amy e Kristel si sono presi cura di mia suocera in modo meraviglioso, oltre ad avere una sincera preoccupazione per il resto della nostra famiglia. Tutti adoravano Barb e si prendevano cura di lei in modo straordinario. Il personale è compassionevole, premuroso, pieno di risorse e tempestivo. Non mi sono mai sentito come se li stessi disturbando con qualcosa, non importa quanto grande fosse il problema. Questo è un posto meraviglioso in cui vivere e non posso dire abbastanza cose positive al riguardo!
