NOTA: GESTORE ESTREMAMENTE RUDE e ARROGANTE

Sono cliente di questo negozio da un po 'di tempo. Oggi ho acquistato ca. Merce del valore di $ 65 ma ho cambiato idea. Sono stato immediatamente indirizzato a questa arrogante manager Jillian Berryman. Ho detto che mi sentivo in imbarazzo per il modo in cui mi parlava e lei ha risposto "dovresti essere imbarazzato per aver chiesto un rimborso".

La maggior parte dei negozi in Nuova Zelanda è lieta di rimborsare, in passato ho speso più del valore che ho acquistato oggi in questo negozio. Prima di chiamare un consiglio legale in merito, le ho chiesto se poteva scrivere il rifiuto del rimborso. Ha iniziato sulla carta e quando ho detto che avrei condiviso la sua decisione sui social media in modo che altre persone imparassero le politiche di questo negozio, ha strappato la carta e l'ha buttata via e se n'è andata in modo arrogante.

Le ho chiesto se potevo almeno avere una copia del "segnale di divieto di accesso" a cui lei mi ha guardato dall'alto in basso in modo arrogante "Avresti un cellulare per fargli una foto?" in un modo pietoso suggerendo che non posso permettermi di avere un telefono.

Non è riuscita a offrire alcuna negoziazione o soluzione come l'utilizzo dello stesso valore per altri prodotti per porre rimedio al problema. Aveva capacità scioccanti nel servizio ai consumatori ed era imbarazzante mentre gli altri membri lo ascoltavano.
