Servizio molto scarso. Fingersi interessati ed entusiasti con un posto vacante ideale per te. Una volta che li hai visitati, pensano di averti e non li sentirai più per un mese. Quando hanno finalmente organizzato una domanda per te, dimenticano di inviare una conferma a te e all'azienda, il che significa che non ti aspetteranno affatto quando passerai per la tua domanda "pianificata". Tuttavia, sono stato invitato al secondo turno, la sera prima di quel colloquio, Bast ha annullato il colloquio con il datore di lavoro senza consultarmi. La ragione fornita da Bast era che non mi trovavano abbastanza serio (non avevo praticato un test del QI mentre apparentemente pensavano che fosse obbligatorio). Questo intanto sono stato invitato dalla compagnia per un secondo colloquio.

In sintesi, sono sciatti e sabotano le tue applicazioni se lo desiderano mentre l'azienda è interessata a te. Non sarei d'accordo con questo e scoraggerei fortemente chiunque. Non vi è alcun valore aggiunto nel rispondere personalmente alle offerte di lavoro. (Inoltre non hanno posti vacanti esclusivi che sono semplicemente online su linkdin).

Ho fatto domanda per un lavoro tramite Orion e il reclutatore mi stava invitando nel loro ufficio per un discorso più dettagliato. Ero così entusiasta che ho accettato di venire. Ma non dovrei. Ho speso tempo e denaro per arrivarci per una chat che potremmo fare al telefono. Non sono mai arrivato al datore di lavoro per un colloquio perché a quanto pare è stato annullato. L'ho scoperto perché sono stato io a inviare un'e-mail al mio reclutatore. Ha poi promesso di organizzare un colloquio con un'altra azienda e da allora non ho più avuto sue notizie.

Bello lavorare con. Guardano attentamente ciò che si adatta alle tue ambizioni e lavorano con ottimi clienti in buone condizioni. Inoltre, c'erano buoni contatti sia con i reclutatori che con i responsabili aziendali all'interno dell'organizzazione. Anche ora che ho iniziato presso il cliente, ho regolarmente buoni contatti personali con il mio responsabile aziendale. Sono anche molto contento della mia nuova posizione!
