Esperienza molto caotica e deludente con l'intervista.
Sono stato invitato via e-mail a partecipare personalmente e anche se ho chiesto di fare un colloquio online, il reclutatore ha insistito per venire sul sito.
Mi ci sono volute 5 ore per arrivarci (autobus + treno + metropolitana) e ho speso un sacco di soldi solo per discutere che non sono adatto per il ruolo perché SONO TROPPO CREATIVO.
È stato intervistato da una signora (non nominerò), che personalmente ritenevo non avesse grande esperienza o competenza nel settore. Mi è stato detto che il ruolo prevede la PRODUZIONE ONLINE che include l'integrazione di grafica, sottotitoli e rifinitura finale (color grading ecc.), che in realtà è POST-PRODUZIONE. Poiché ho insistito sulla mia passione per le capacità di montaggio creative e professionali che mi piacciono, mi è stato comunque detto che il ruolo riguarda qualcosa di completamente diverso.
Quindi, per favore, chiarisci i tuoi fatti prima di intervistare i candidati per il ruolo.
Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è che sono stato chiamato polacco quasi senza punto interrogativo anche se in realtà sono ceco. Questo è molto inappropriato chiedere a qualcuno subito in base al cognome, all'accento o all'aspetto di qualcuno. Lady stessa non era britannica, quindi non capisco davvero cosa dovrei pensare a questo e mi ha fatto rabbrividire dentro.
Non mi sentivo come se il personale avesse visto il mio portfolio perché mi è stato chiesto se utilizzavo Adobe After Effects, come indicato anche nel mio CV.
Potrei andare avanti all'infinito. Non sono contento di questa esperienza e mi sono sentito giudicato sulla base di ipotesi formulate dal recruiter senza aver letto a fondo il mio CV, visionato il mio portfolio o fatto domande che avrebbero risposto alle loro domande.
