They didn't seem to have a clear plan for my appointment and I had to wait longer than expected. The treatment itself was decent, but not exceptional. The staff was friendly overall, but could have been more attentive to my needs. On the positive side, the center had a relaxing ambiance and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had an average experience at this wellness center. There are definitely areas for improvement, but I appreciate the effort they put into creating a soothing environment.
