I lavori sono stati completati con soddisfazione dei clienti. Il cliente è stato fatturato a luglio 2015 con termini di pagamento a fine mese di 30 giorni. Il pagamento non è mai stato effettuato. Quando abbiamo chiamato il loro ufficio a Clayton per il pagamento, abbiamo chiesto i debiti. Il loro addetto alla reception ha chiesto chi fosse e perché stavamo chiamando. Siamo sempre stati messi in attesa e mai messi in conto. Ci è stato detto che il team dell'account ci avrebbe richiamato. Non hanno mai risposto alle nostre chiamate. Abbiamo inviato più e-mail, estratti conto e rispedito fatture più volte. Non hanno mai risposto a una e-mail o risposto a una chiamata. A novembre siamo arrivati a un punto in cui li chiamavamo tutti i giorni. Alla fine siamo riusciti a fare i conti e ci è stato detto che il direttore Geoff non aveva concesso la fattura per il pagamento. Non ci è stato dato un motivo. Ci è stato detto che saremmo stati richiamati entro la fine della giornata con una data di pagamento. Non siamo mai stati richiamati. Li abbiamo inseguiti più e più volte dopo questo e ci è stato detto dalla reception che l'ufficio contabilità era in riunione e avrebbe richiamato la nostra chiamata. Non l'hanno mai fatto. Continueremo a chiamare su base giornaliera, dopodiché una volta pagato rimuoveremo questa recensione da Google.
