Ho un volo per Barcellona oggi e ho provato a fare il controllo un giorno prima come faccio di solito, ma il campo del numero del documento era vicino e non potevo includere il mio numero, quindi sono venuto all'aeroporto per fare il controllo e io devono pagare 55 euro. Ma quando ho capito che il sito non funzionava ho inviato un messaggio all'azienda tramite Facebook, su chatbot e ho provato a chiamare, MA NESSUNO HA RISPOSTO.
Ora sto trascorrendo una parte delle mie vacanze lavorando per ricevere un po 'di supporto, ma Aviaserv e Ryanair non mi stanno dando alcun supporto anche con tutte le sonde che ho, intendo le foto di tutti gli schermi dal sito web, Facebook. Sto vivendo un'esperienza PESSIMA e non è la prima volta.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il nostro volo, quindi ci chiediamo di andare al punto di servizio aviaserve, l'addetto alla reception era al telefono per primo, quindi ci ha fatto aspettare 5 minuti e ignorarci. Quindi non ha cercato di aiutarci o capire la nostra situazione! Molto spiacevole!
