Questa società avrebbe dovuto gestire la chiusura per le persone che compravano la nostra casa. Non posso provarlo ufficialmente, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che abbiano sabotato la nostra vendita di case. Fin dall'inizio, hanno pasticciato le scartoffie 3 volte, ci hanno inviato pagine di moduli che non ci riguardavano, non avevano idea di come gestire una chiusura dove i venditori erano in un altro paese. Dopo aver cercato di spiegare che non vivevamo sotto una roccia su un'isola deserta, ci hanno chiesto di restituire il contratto di vendita espresso internazionale che sarebbe costato $ 400, ma si sono rifiutati di pagare per quello. Ho quindi offerto di rispedirlo con posta prioritaria USPS per $ 24 e si sono rifiutati di pagare anche per quello. Interamente troppo coinvolto con noi come venditore e invadente. Ci è costato tempo e denaro per far autenticare e spedire i documenti solo per dire 9 giorni prima della chiusura che si era verificato un problema imprevisto dell'ultimo minuto e gli acquirenti non erano più qualificati. Era più come se si offendessero per l'irritazione dei venditori per quanto duramente rendessero questo processo. Quindi, dato che l'intera cosa puzza di marcio a 7000 miglia di distanza, ho intenzione di dare la colpa qui.
