Molto deluso non c'è stata risposta alle mie preoccupazioni. Ho inviato due e-mail al regista che ha scelto di ignorarmi. Non consiglierei questa organizzazione a nessuno. È già abbastanza brutto quando le cose vanno male, ma anche peggio quando un reclamo inviato via e-mail non viene risposto.
La mia lamentela riguarda uno psicologo impiegato lì che ha scritto false informazioni su di me. Ha scritto qualcosa che non ho mai detto o fatto in una sessione di terapia di gruppo. Seguo la corretta procedura di reclamo delineata nell'informativa sulla privacy e invio un'e-mail di follow-up che viene ignorata.
