"Stiamo scrivendo per lodare Aurora Energy Inc. ai cieli!
Nel 2007, Aurora ha installato 24 pannelli solari sul nostro tetto. Aurora era ben informata, efficiente, scrupolosa, hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. Da quando i pannelli sono stati installati 8 anni fa, abbiamo pagato solo il canone per la connessione alla rete e l'azienda elettrica ci ha pagato per l'elettricità in eccesso che è stata restituita alla rete ogni anno.

Recentemente abbiamo avuto un problema e il presidente di Aurora, Fairborz Mahjouri, si è subito occupato del caso. Ha racchiuso tutte le risorse e gli uomini necessari e insieme hanno risolto il problema.

Raccomandiamo costantemente Aurora a chiunque incontriamo che sia interessato all'installazione di pannelli solari.

Aurora ha installato un impianto da 17 kw sul nostro tetto durante l'estate 2016. Ho iniziato a lavorare con Aurora nella primavera del 2016. Stavo valutando anche un'altra azienda, quindi ci sono stati diversi mesi di domande e risposte e proposte aggiornate. Ho deciso di utilizzare Aurora poiché mi piacciono i moduli SunPower, il fatto che Aurora fosse un'azienda locale che installava pannelli solari da molti anni, oltre alle loro ottime recensioni.

Aurora ha fornito un'ottima comunicazione durante l'intera fase di installazione (che ha richiesto un po 'più di tempo del previsto, a causa del calore eccessivo). Vorrei ringraziare Dustin che ha lavorato per ore lunghe e calde per assicurarsi che tutto fosse fatto correttamente.

L'unico problema era la messa in servizio finale del sistema da parte di SunPower, che avrebbe dovuto essere completata subito dopo l'installazione, ma ha richiesto diverse settimane. Aurora ha continuato a interrogare SunPower fino al completamento della messa in servizio.

Abbiamo ordinato un sistema all'inizio di aprile, se fosse stato installato all'inizio di giugno. A luglio BGE ha finalmente completato tutte le approvazioni e installato il contatore di rete. È stato molto facile lavorare con Aurora e ha fornito informazioni su tutti gli incentivi attuali (credito fiscale federale del 30%, sovvenzione del Maryland di $ 1000, SREC). Impiegano i propri installatori e hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro, molto professionale. Il mio sistema ha funzionato alla grande finora. Le mie bollette elettriche di luglio e agosto erano negative, ovviamente so che in inverno avrò ancora una bolletta alta, ma 8 mesi all'anno dovrei essere in pareggio o meglio.
