Azienda completamente inaffidabile e disonesta. Mi hanno venduto un appartamento nell'agosto 2019. Non hanno mai consegnato più articoli impigliati dopo il completamento nonostante fossero nel contratto (finestra difettosa, buco nel muro, ecc.) Nonostante le numerose promesse. Per 5 mesi non mi ha informato che la garanzia sugli impianti elettrici, meccanici e idraulici inclusa nel nostro contratto è priva di valore perché il suo fornitore è andato in liquidazione e il venditore non l'ha mai sostituita. Ho imparato da solo quando si sono verificate più perdite dall'unità di interfaccia termica e il suo fornitore mi ha informato che non esiste alcuna garanzia - ancora una volta, la garanzia del riscaldamento è esplicitamente inclusa nel contratto. Nessun aiuto con le perdite dal venditore nonostante l'idraulico promesso. Continuiamo a ricevere bollette non pagate per l'elettricità e l'affitto fondiario a loro nome. Per mesi non abbiamo potuto controllare le impostazioni di riscaldamento e raffreddamento perché discutevano con il suo fornitore per i soldi. I nostri vicini e freeholder hanno problemi simili. Dopo decine di e-mail al loro rappresentante ho finalmente inviato un reclamo ufficiale il 2 marzo e non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. La società del venditore è registrata nelle Isole Vergini britanniche, quindi è difficile e costoso citarle in giudizio e recuperare denaro (e potrebbero potenzialmente scomparire senza lasciare traccia). Li cito in giudizio se non rispettano gli obblighi contrattuali nelle prossime 2 settimane. Avevo bisogno di assumere un avvocato e gli ho già pagato 600 sterline per una lettera ufficiale.
