Comprato compressore on-line da compressore-compressore, scrivono consegna in 5 giorni ordinato il 06 maggio, arrivato al 28 maggio.
Dopo poco più di un mese di normale utilizzo, mancato aggancio. Rivenditore di altoparlanti per assistenza un giorno dopo la richiesta. Ma, dopo tre giorni dal ritiro del compressore, mi dicono che la riparazione è sospesa perché attendono il benestare della casa madre per l'intervento in garanzia. Cattivo !!!
Dopo una settimana e un giorno, ancora abbastanza fermo. Il rivenditore continua a ripetere che non hanno ancora l'approvazione e che questa è la procedura che ha i suoi tempi.
Credo che i loro tempi, che non rispettano le esigenze del cliente, non diano nemmeno la disponibilità di un compressore sostitutivo per i tempi di riparazione.
29/07 Una volta ricevuta la riparazione in garanzia, il rivenditore ha rapidamente riparato e restituito il compressore.

Altissima professionalità. Risposte rapide e tempestive. Le macchine Atlas Copco sono ancora le migliori sul mercato.

ATLAS COPCO gode di una posizione dominante e la vendita non segue più i clienti. Guai ad aver bisogno di assistenza tecnica, costi esorbitanti e servizio totalmente inadeguato con tempi di consegna biblici. Non acquistare mai più gli impianti ATLAS COPCO!

Impossibile comunicare con un Responsabile della Sede, e non solo, mi sono rivolto ad un loro concessionario della mia zona per acquistare un compressore .... nessuna risposta per quanto riguarda prezzi, caratteristiche ecc.
La cosa più sorprendente, non conoscono i loro prodotti ... un esempio? Prova a chiedere quanti decibel di suono produce il loro compressore AH15 e24. Oltre alla non cortesia, secondo me, ti fanno passare la voglia di comprare da loro.
