Sto scrivendo questa recensione ad Aten Technologies Inc, perché sembra che sia lo stesso indirizzo della società Iogear che mi ha venduto una tastiera per computer. Dopo 1 anno di utilizzo la tastiera ha smesso di funzionare. La tastiera era in garanzia di 3 anni e ciò è stato inizialmente confermato dall'assistenza tecnica Iogear. Poi mi hanno detto che la tastiera faceva parte di un lotto che aveva solo un periodo di garanzia di 90 giorni e quindi non volevano sostituirla/ripararla. Al momento dell'acquisto non mi è stato comunicato tale vincolo in quanto ho acquistato la tastiera essendo sicuro di avere 3 anni di garanzia. Quello che offriva Iogear era ancora più divertente. Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto uno sconto di $ 2 sulla tastiera successiva (in vendita a circa $ 18) e ti hanno fatto pagare $ 10 per la spedizione. Quindi il costo finale della tastiera diventa più alto dei set tastiera-mouse di marca disponibili sul mercato. Veramente deluso da questa azienda, non credo che acquisterò più da loro.
