Il mio medico ha inviato la mia raccomandazione 2 volte nel corso di 5 mesi. Victoria è stata quella con cui ho parlato ed è estremamente scortese! Le ho fatto sapere che ho aspettato 4 mesi e 2 fax dal mio medico con documenti che sono stati accettati, e lei ha avuto un atteggiamento con me al riguardo. Molto altezzoso e arrogante. NON consiglierei di andare qui, non trattano i pazienti con rispetto in modo chiaro.

Dall'inizio di agosto il mio medico curante ha inviato via fax oltre quattro copie della mia richiesta di prescrizione per un test del sonno a domicilio, con i numeri di conferma della consegna. Il mio specialista ha inviato loro via fax un grafico cliente di 5 pagine e mi ha fornito il numero di tracciamento con la conferma della consegna. Ho inviato via fax le mie informazioni personali, la patente di guida e la tessera sanitaria la scorsa settimana con una pagina di copertina e una descrizione del contenuto. Nessuno di questi articoli è stato ricevuto da Aspen Sleep Center. Mi viene detto di "provare a inviare di nuovo il fax" ogni volta che chiamo o quando il mio provider chiama per mio conto.

Ho chiamato di nuovo questo pomeriggio per confermare che il mio fax più recente era arrivato a loro, pronto con il numero di tracciamento per aiutarli a localizzarli, e l'uomo che ha risposto ha detto: "No, non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. Uh, in realtà ... . uh, sembra che stia arrivando adesso. Potremmo avere ... parte delle informazioni? " Uno dei quattro fax di prescrizione apparentemente stava arrivando mentre parlavamo (o da 2 settimane fa o 5 ore fa ??), nessuna traccia del mio ID personale della scorsa settimana, dati di 5 pagine del cliente per cui ho la conferma di consegna o altro scartoffie (ripetuti tentativi di consegna della prescrizione).

Sembra una pratica aziendale estremamente losca, senza un sito Web o un indirizzo e-mail da avviare. Sembra che tu abbia ricevuto le mie informazioni e le abbia lanciate o le abbia perse. Oppure il tuo fax non funziona, ed è la tua unica forma di comunicazione! Non so cosa sia peggio, sono davvero deluso da questa azienda.
