Questi sistemi sono belli. Vivo in una carrozza Beaver con uno di questi installati. È così bello avere solo il serbatoio principale del carburante e avere l'acqua calda come faresti in una casa. Ho riscontrato un problema in cui il diesel non funzionava. Ho chiamato il nostro rivenditore locale Aqua Hot e aveva un kit di servizio in magazzino. Ho sostituito il filtro del carburante e l'ugello. L'intero processo è durato circa 15 minuti. Super facile. Utilizzato solo circa 10 strumenti per il processo.

La prossima cosa che so che la parte corretta è stata addebitata per PIÙ soldi senza il mio permesso. Quindi dovrei ottenere un tag di chiamata per restituire la parte sbagliata. Ho chiesto come funziona un tag di chiamata e l'agente ha detto di non essere sicuro, basta riportarlo a UPS e lo riprenderanno. Durante questo periodo la mia carta ha ora oltre duecento dollari su di essa e la nuova parte non verrà accreditata fino a quando non arriverà alla loro struttura. Ho detto loro che posso acquistare la stessa parte per meno soldi di quanto mi hanno addebitato per la parte giusta. La loro risposta è rispedire entrambi con lo stesso tag di chiamata. Ricevo la parte da UPS e parlo con il ragazzo delle consegne che mi ha detto come funziona. Ha detto che sarebbe venuto il giorno dopo a prenderlo. Ok, apri la casella nessun tag di chiamata nella casella. Mando un'e-mail e chiedo ora quale sia stata la risposta, portalo in un negozio ups e puoi utilizzare il nostro numero di conto per restituire il pacco. Che bel modo di trattare i clienti che dovrebbero ottenere la parte giusta la prima volta e che ora devono lasciare i loro locali, trovare un ufficio UPS e portarglielo. Inoltre devo scusarmi con l'unità UPS quando arriva perché non ha inviato il tag di chiamata. Non tratterò più con queste persone
