Mi ha aiutato a sentirmi a mio agio durante un periodo davvero triste e stressante. Inoltre, ha riconosciuto perché ero in ospedale in modo così comprensivo e umanizzante. Diversi ritardi con la fatturazione ... Ci sono voluti un mese e diverse telefonate per risolvere. Avrebbe dovuto essere risolto entro pochi giorni dall'intervento - ma ci sono voluti un mese e diverse chiamate - chiedendo le stesse informazioni....
Frustrante... Consigliato che mettano in atto qualcosa per risolvere questo problema - anche se sono in corso alcune modifiche al software ....
Problema non correlato - ci sono volute 3 settimane perché il dolore alla gola si risolvesse dopo l'intervento chirurgico - non il mio primo intervento chirurgico - ma di gran lunga il problema dell'anestesia più difficile - Per oltre 2 settimane riuscivo a malapena a deglutire.
