Ufficio molto carino. Moderne apparecchiature di imaging. Buoni assistenti. Le otturazioni sono solide, durano nel tempo.

Mi ci è voluta una visita per rendermi conto che il dottor Rosenfeld era privo di empatia umana ed era un fallimento nella gestione del dolore e nei modi alla poltrona. Non tornerei mai indietro. Mia moglie ha appena avuto un'emergenza dentale ed è stata trattata male. Aveva chiesto all'assistente di non toccare il dente diviso finché non fosse stata applicata l'anestesia, ma a quanto pare ascoltare i pazienti non è quello che fanno.

Prima visita ieri, molto contenta di Laura, il tecnico e il personale della reception per avermi inserito in un elenco di annullamenti. Attento, professionale, molto piacevole. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per le mie otturazioni e pulizie. True Aloha qui. Ty!

Inizierò dicendo che avevo una paura mortale del dentista. Mi ci sono volute settimane per fare finalmente la telefonata. Sono così felice di averlo fatto! Il Dr. Martineau e tutto il suo staff sono le persone più gentili e professionali. Non posso dirlo abbastanza. Mi sono sentito benvenuto ed ero molto a mio agio durante le mie procedure. Non vedo l'ora di tornare ogni sei mesi! Grazie ancora!
