Randy si è reso disponibile per me 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 ed è stato sempre felice di rispondere a domande casuali per le quali l'ho chiamato, anche se si trattava di un consiglio sull'offerta di un concorrente. Era completamente trasparente su cosa poteva fare e cosa non poteva fare, anche se questo significava accettare un'altra offerta. Paziente, competente ed efficiente sono le prime parole che vengono in mente. Amstar ha reso la mia esperienza di acquisto della casa il più indolore possibile. Anche quando abbiamo incontrato un potenziale intoppo vicino alla chiusura, Randy era sopra di esso e non ho perso il sonno.
