Sebbene tutti quelli con cui ho avuto a che fare ad AMP fossero amichevoli, sfortunatamente ho dovuto semplicemente pagare e buttare i quasi $ 11.000 di prodotti stampati che hanno realizzato per me perché non erano realizzati secondo le specifiche e non avevano alcun interesse a risolverlo.

Ho specificato una corrispondenza del colore dell'inchiostro Pantone (uno dei processi più standard nel settore della stampa), che era fondamentale in modo che tutti i miei materiali stampati e imballaggi corrispondessero perfettamente. Il campione di prelievo dell'inchiostro che mi hanno inviato come prova di pre-produzione non era già una corrispondenza eccellente (un po 'troppo scuro), ma poi il colore di produzione si è discostato ancora di più da quello (più scuro), in modo tale che quella che doveva essere una luce il rosa è uscito di un colore arancione salmone intenso. Dopo aver sollevato il problema, aver mostrato loro le foto di confronto (vedi sotto) e aver spiegato che non sarei stato in grado di utilizzare il prodotto a causa della scarsa corrispondenza, hanno scrollato le spalle. Dopo molte critiche e più giri di discussione, mi hanno offerto uno sconto del 9,6% (!) Sull'ordine, citando che non avevo protestato per la già pessima corrispondenza del prelievo e suggerendo che il colore di produzione era "entro la tolleranza" (non specificato metrica) di quel drawdown approvato, pur riconoscendo che non era nemmeno una buona corrispondenza per quello. Non sono rimasto molto impressionato dalla loro mancanza di interesse per la mia esperienza come cliente, ricorrendo invece al tecnicismo di non essermi lamentato del pessimo match di drawdown e dicendo che il pessimo abbinamento di produzione al drawdown era effettivamente "abbastanza vicino" a quello. Guarda le immagini sottostanti con luce naturale e giudica tu stesso. Inutile dire che non è così che dovrebbe funzionare. Quando si specifica e si paga una corrispondenza di tinte piatte Pantone, ci si aspetta che sia esatta. Questo è, dopo tutto, il punto centrale del sistema.

Il problema del colore era così grave che ho dovuto buttare via tutto il prodotto. Tanto per più di $ 10.000.

Non professionale. Per una società di stampa che afferma di avere una vasta gamma di funzionalità, ordina molti articoli dai fornitori e si limita a contrassegnare per la rivendita. Ho sostanzialmente esaurito $ 2.000 di prodotto consegnato che non è stato pagato in oltre 6 mesi senza alcuna comunicazione o risposta da parte dell'azienda. Tutto quello che posso dire è stare lontano.

Sono un veterinario del settore CPG da 30 anni che lavora a livello nazionale su molti marchi piccoli e grandi. Se stai cercando un partner di stampa (in realtà fanno molto di più della semplice stampa), non troverai un partner migliore con cui lavorare, ho lanciato alcune scadenze e richieste di produzione impegnative e trovano sempre un modo per farlo e molto più carino di quanto avrei avuto a che fare con me! Chiedete Tammy Noland e Greg Lingenfelder, sono stati di gran lunga i migliori con cui lavorare sia in termini di qualità che di gestione dei costi per garantire i migliori risultati nel budget, grazie AMP !!
