Dopo diversi anni di servizio con questa azienda, siamo sorpresi di essere rimasti con loro per così tanto tempo, dato il livello di incompetenza. Dopo aver dato istruzioni molto chiare sull'ordine dei numeri da chiamare per contattarci mentre eravamo fuori ufficio, i dipendenti del call center hanno chiamato ripetutamente il nostro numero di telefono di casa, lasciando decine di messaggi in segreteria. Questo ovviamente non funziona quando un paziente sta avendo un'emergenza e noi siamo fuori città. Abbiamo contattato Americall in molte occasioni per ricordare loro di chiamare il nostro cellulare, di volta in volta, hanno ignorato questa richiesta e hanno insistito nel chiamare il nostro telefono di casa.
La fatturazione è un'altra area di incompetenza. Americall preferisce inviare tramite e-mail gli estratti conto piuttosto che inviarli al tuo ufficio. Questo funziona a loro favore perché se un'istruzione e-mail va a un'e-mail di un sito Web che non è più in servizio e si riprende, si limitano a pagare le commissioni in ritardo. Questa società non tenta di contattare l'ufficio per telefono o di inviare la fattura per posta (come hanno fatto per diversi anni). Le comunicazioni con il loro servizio clienti su questo argomento erano molto poco professionali.

Il mio consiglio è di stare alla larga da questa azienda, in particolare se operi in un settore sanitario. I tuoi pazienti meritano molto di meglio. Pagare per un servizio che fornisce un servizio scadente tutto intorno è una cattiva idea, in particolare quando influisce sulla cura del paziente.
