Un ottimo posto per praticare lo yoga. Il posto è tranquillo e luminoso, gli insegnanti sono molto gentili e si vede che dominano la materia. Con attività molto interessanti, come sessioni di nidra yoga o lezioni di yoga in famiglia. E, rispetto ad altri centri yoga che ho conosciuto, è anche economico. In breve: altamente consigliato.

Amaranta è l'ideale per chi vuole vivere e godersi lo yoga. È un luogo accogliente e familiare, perfetto per incontrarsi. Gli insegnanti ... eccellenti. Vieni e divertiti.

Il mio primo contatto con il mondo dello Yoga è stato grazie alle lezioni di Amaranta. Sin dal primo momento sono rimasto colpito dalla grande professionalità e dal trattamento personalizzato offerto dai due docenti. Le lezioni sono multilivello e si adattano a tutti i tipi di studenti, sia per i principianti, sia per le persone che hanno già più tempo per esercitarsi. Inoltre, la scuola è molto ben posizionata e ha un'atmosfera molto serena e accogliente. Vieni a provare!
