Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare che capisco le esigenze aziendali e le loro basse offerte per ottenere il lavoro. Detto questo, mi è stato detto di venire per un colloquio oggi e ho ricevuto un'esperienza che non dimenticherò mai.

Mi presento, mi è stato chiesto di compilare una domanda (anche se l'agenzia che mi ha inviato me l'ha già inviata), poi vengo chiamato per un colloquio. La signora che ha condotto l'intervista sembrava molto preoccupata per qualcosa, ma l'ho semplicemente spazzato via, probabilmente era perché molti candidati sono passati e hanno affermato di avere esperienza e hanno fallito il test di saldatura.

Tutto sembrava andare bene finché l'intervistatore non ha visto che avevo spuntato la domenica e il sabato dalla lista delle disponibilità. Mi hanno detto l'orario di lavoro richiesto da questa posizione, turni di 12 ore 7 giorni su 7. Quello che mi ha infastidito di più è stato che se avessi rifiutato o negato solo UNA domenica, hanno detto che potevano licenziarmi (era un segno che si aspettavano che i loro lavoratori si impegnassero per l'azienda oltre alla loro vita personale).

Ho detto loro che non ero in grado di dedicare i MIEI FINE SETTIMANA (per motivi di lavoro e personali), poi hanno risposto che non funzionerà e che non posso essere l'UNICO ad avere i fine settimana liberi (qualunque cosa significhi, non lo sapevo c'era un requisito o un privilegio per avere i fine settimana liberi).

Se il lavoro fosse pagato molto di più, allora sì, avrei accettato il ruolo, ma non lavorerò fino all'esaurimento mentre ricevo un salario basso, non sono sicuro del tipo di persone che stanno impiegando qui, ma ci sono posti di lavoro migliori là fuori .
