Ho comprato una cucina 3 anni fa, la qualità è ottima. L'installazione era così così e in realtà non è mai stata completata al 100%. ... ma il peggio deve venire. Uno degli armadi elettrici necessita di riparazione. Alshaya kitcheng è venuta a vedere il problema e ha preso l'armadio ed è più di un anno che sto lottando per riaverlo. Ho un buco e cavi appesi al centro della mia cucina e non riesco a ottenere una risposta adeguata dalla direzione. Continuo a sentire una serie di scuse molto inaccettabili e di continui ritardi senza che ci sia una pronta risoluzione. Ho anche provato a chiamare AlShaya Kuwait che ha detto che non possono fare nulla (non hanno nemmeno risposto alla chiamata perché a loro interessa solo la vendita al dettaglio). Molto brutto. È un peccato perché il prodotto è buono.
