E la donna che mi ha aiutato è stata professionale ed educata durante l'elaborazione del rimborso. Fino alla fine, mi ha dato la ricevuta, poi mi ha detto di firmare la loro copia e poi è andata via casualmente mentre stavo ancora firmando. La guardo e ho pensato, quindi immagino che abbiamo finito? Al che lei ha risposto che eravamo a posto. Quindi ho appena lasciato la sua ricevuta allo sportello.
A parte la fine imbarazzante del nostro scambio, sono rimasto deluso perché avevo visto diversi nuovi articoli nel negozio che non avevo visto prima. Tuttavia, nessuna assistenza né offerta di guardarsi intorno ha reso molto chiaro che era pronta a farci partire. Questo è scoraggiante perché non credo di aver mai lasciato Alice + Olivia senza aver comprato almeno 3 cose. Non era proprio l'ambiente accogliente a cui sono abituato. Se hai la possibilità, vai in un'altra delle loro posizioni (o fai semplicemente acquisti online).
Boutique meravigliosamente affascinante. Abiti favolosi. Molti dei vestiti sono per 35 anni e più giovani, ma questo vestito è squisito. Gli accessori e le scarpe rendono l'esperienza di acquisto molto migliore. Ottimo personale e hanno persino un barista DJ in casa che suona brani allegri e allegri e serve i migliori cappuccini della città!!
