Acquistato camino a gas da Alfa Olis un anno fa. Dal primo giorno, il gas è fuoriuscito. Hanno provato a riparare circa 10 volte, ma il caminetto perde.
Hanno fatto due rapporti che il caminetto va bene e non perde gas.
Ho annullato l'acquisto la scorsa primavera, ma si rifiutano di rimuovere il caminetto o ripararlo in modo che smetta di perdere gas.
Invece, fanno pagare per il caminetto pericoloso per la vita, senza rapporto di ispezione e completamento.
Alla fine ho comprato il contatore del gas per un consiglio dai vigili del fuoco, ed è scoppiato dopo pochi minuti. (13/03/2020). Alfa Olis si rifiuta ancora di riparare.
